Payment & Cancellation Policy
Guests may choose one of the following booking options:
Option 1 – Non-Refundable Rate (Immediate Payment)
The full reservation amount is charged at the time of booking.
Reservations made under this rate are non-refundable. Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, no cancellation, modification or refund shall be permitted for any reason, except where required by mandatory applicable law.
Option 2 – Flexible Rate (Pay Later)
No payment is required at the time of booking.
The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If the reservation is not cancelled before the expiry of the above deadline, the property is hereby irrevocably authorised to charge the guest’s designated payment method for the full amount of the reservation on the first calendar day following the expiration of the free cancellation period.
In the event of a no-show, or if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation in accordance with these Terms, the property shall be entitled to charge and retain the full reservation amount, which shall be non-refundable.
Any refund, where applicable, shall be made using the original method of payment.
The reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful authorisation of the payment method provided by the guest.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in: until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Guests expecting to arrive after the scheduled check-in time are kindly requested to notify the property in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays in check-in or, where applicable, cancellation of the reservation.
Occupancy
Only the persons included in the reservation confirmation are permitted to stay at the accommodation.
Any additional guests require the prior written approval of the property and may be subject to additional charges.
Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests arriving with pets.
House Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
- Parties, events, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Guests shall respect the property and neighbouring residents at all times.
- Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings or equipment during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The property reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement where applicable.
Government Taxes and Fees
Any government taxes or mandatory fees applicable at the time of the stay, including the Climate Resilience Fee or any equivalent tourist accommodation levy imposed by Greek law, shall be payable by the guest unless expressly included in the booking price.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Accommodation
The property reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate a guest’s stay without refund where the guest:
- violates these Booking Terms;
- provides false or misleading booking information;
- engages in unlawful, abusive or threatening behaviour;
- causes damage to the property; or
- seriously disturbs other guests or neighbouring properties.
Force Majeure
The property shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, governmental restrictions, strikes, utility failures or any other force majeure event.
Privacy
By completing the reservation, the guest acknowledges that personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing the reservation, complying with applicable legal obligations and providing accommodation services, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy available on this website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Booking Terms & Conditions and any reservation made through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any reservation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the reservation, the guest confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions, including the Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, and agrees to be legally bound by them.
